Limited Power of Attorney SKAINET SYSTEMS

This Limited Power of Attorney ("LPOA") is made and entered into as of 01.03.2024 by and between:

1. Appointment of Attorney-in-Fact:

By using our services, users appoint SKAINET SYSTEMS as their true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact with limited power and authority to act on their behalf for the purposes and to the extent set forth in this LPOA.

2. Scope of Authority:

SKAINET SYSTEMS is authorized to perform the following acts on behalf of users:

Trading and Investment:

Buy, sell, trade, and otherwise manage contracts for difference (CFDs) and other financial instruments in the user's account(s) with SKAINET SYSTEMS.
Place and execute orders for the purchase, sale, or other disposition of CFDs and other financial instruments.

Account Management:

Access the user's account(s) for the purpose of reviewing and managing positions, margin requirements, and any other necessary account-related activities.
Deposit and withdraw funds from the user's account(s) as necessary to maintain and manage positions.

Communication:

Receive and act upon statements, reports, and other communications related to the user's account(s).

3. Limitations of Authority:

SKAINET SYSTEMS shall not have the authority to:

Transfer funds to any account not held in the user's name.
Make any changes to the user’s account details or personal information.
Engage in any activity or transaction that is not explicitly authorized by this LPOA.

4. Duration and Termination:

This LPOA shall commence on the date hereof and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by the user or SKAINET SYSTEMS by giving written notice to the other party. Such termination shall not affect any actions taken by SKAINET SYSTEMS prior to the receipt of such notice.

5. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKAINET SYSTEMS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to any actions taken by SKAINET SYSTEMS pursuant to this LPOA, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

6. Governing Law:

This LPOA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of AUTONOMOUS ISLAND OF MWALI (MOHÉLI), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Acknowledgment:

By using our services, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this LPOA and that they voluntarily grant the powers set forth herein to SKAINET SYSTEMS.
